The goal of New Deal Housing is to enable renters to overcome what is often an insurmountable down payment barrier to building multi-generational wealth and community resilience through housing.

Our approach is to create a highly replicable model of a New Deal between tenants and landlords that we and others can use to address this problem at a meaningful scale. Currently, we are in the research phase for a 50+ unit pilot project in Bend, Oregon.
